Biography: While at Drake University, Glenn was involved with the Drake Law Review as an Associate and Case Notes Editor. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Glenn clerked for the Iowa Department of Revenue and upon graduation from Drake became a law clerk to Justice Maurice Rawlings of the Iowa Supreme Court. Glenn was a member of the Iowa Supreme Court Board of Professional Ethics and Conduct from 1992 to 2001. Glenn is experienced with hospital peer review, medical ethics and medical staff issues.
