| Biography: |
Kevin’s primary practice area is professional negligence, including the defense of physicians, attorneys, architects and engineers. He has extensive experience in construction and commercial matters. Kevin graduated from Drake Law School in 1987, Order of the Coif, Order of the Barristers and a member of the Drake Law Review.
Kevin served on the St. Augustin Board of Education from 2000-2007. He was named to Chambers USA Best Lawyers in 2006 and 2007. Kevin was Iowa counsel for JP Morgan in the Enron related securities action, and is Iowa counsel for the Recording Industries of America in connection with the copyright infringement lawsuits arising out of unauthorized file sharing programs. |
