Finley Alt Smith assists clients with a wide array of employee benefit matters, including the design,
implementation and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans; ERISA compliance;
litigation concerning these matters. Our lawyers work with clients and their financial advisors in the
implementation of deferred compensation arrangements, including phantom stock plans, incentive stock options,
bonus plans and severance arrangements. The Firm actively represents clients in retirement plan audit
matters involving both the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service. Our lawyers also work
with individual clients to maximize the accumulation and transfer of IRAs and other qualified plan
benefits to intended beneficiaries.
