OverviewAaron Redinbaugh focuses on civil litigation and trial work in Iowa’s state and federal courts. He has experience handling complex litigation in a variety of contexts, including medical and professional malpractice defense, construction litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home litigation, health law, professional licensing, motor vehicle, employment law, premise liability, products liability, and insurance coverage analysis and defense. Aaron has assisted hospitals, physicians, and other licensed health care providers with civil litigation, regulatory compliance, and internal and administrative investigations. He also defends licensed architects, design engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction related litigation in court, as well as in arbitration. Aaron has gained experience trying both and jury trials. He has successfully argued dispositive motions before state and federal courts and arbitration panels. Aaron has also successfully argued appeals before the Iowa Court of Appeals. Aaron is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and the Polk County Bar Association. Aaron is also a member of the C.
