Overview

Erik is a trial lawyer who works exclusively on complex civil matters. This work includes defending claims of medical negligence, construction litigation, employment disputes, personal injury, and fire loss.

He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Associate Member and Iowa Chapter President of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. Each of these are invitation-only organizations whose membership is limited to lawyers with substantial jury trial experience.
