Kevin J. Driscoll

Kevin is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.  Kevin has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America since 2008 and Chamber's USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business since 2006.  He has been named "Lawyer of the Year"  by Best Lawyers of America on seven separate occasions, including for Litigation - Construction, Des Moines (2015, 2018, 2021, 2024, and 2026), and Litigation-Insurance, Des Moines and Personal Injury-Defendants, Des Moines (2027).

He has over 35 years of experience resolving construction disputes and insurance claims, including 25 years as the leader of the Firm’s construction law practice.
