Regan France

Regan is an associate in the firm's civil litigation division. In 2019, Regan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in history. Regan then went on to earn her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she was recognized with a Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence upon receiving the highest grade in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing for her appellate brief. While in law school, Regan participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition as part of a four-member team, competing against law schools from around the world in oral arguments and appellate brief writing. Regan also served as the student extern for the Honorable Justice Dana Oxley of the Iowa Supreme Court for the 2022 spring semester, where she received her first opportunity to draft a judicial opinion. After graduating law school, Regan returned to Justice Oxley’s chambers to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Iowa Supreme Court’s 2023-24 term, prior to joining the firm.
