Joe Moser has been elected to serve as the Polk County Bar Association's Vice President for 2024–2025. Joe has previously served as an Executive Officer of the Association as Treasurer (2023–2024) and Secretary (2022–2023).
During its Annual Meeting, the Polk County Bar Association (PCBA) recognized Stacie Codr for her distinguished leadership and meritorious service rendered as President of the Association for 2023–2024.
Jack Hilmes has been elevated to a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). This is the highest class of membership for an active trial lawyer. In order to be eligible for consideration, an individual must have at least twelve (12) years of active experience as a trial lawyer and as a member of the Bar of the state, province, district or territory in which he or she practices, must have held the rank of Advocate for a minimum of three (3) years, and must have tried a minimum of one hundred (100) civil jury trials to a jury verdict or hung jury as lead counsel.
