On August 17, 2015, the Finley firm opened its new office on the 17th floor of the Hub Tower at 699 Walnut Street in downtown Des Moines. The new office space, designed by local architects Brook Borg Skiles AE LLP, was constructed from "the ground up" as the entire floor had been completely gutted prior to the onset of construction. Focusing on creating an open and bright environment, the firm utilized borrowed light and structural glass walls throughout the space. Close attention was also paid to the requirements of a modern legal office, as state of the art data and information security measures were integrated throughout the office.
