Joe Moser has been elected to serve as the Polk County Bar Association's President the 2026-2027 term. Joe has previously served as an Executive Officer of the Association as President-Elect (2025-2026), Vice-President (2024-2025), Treasurer (2023–2024), and Secretary (2022–2023). Joe has also served as the President of the Polk County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project (2025-2026).
The Polk County Bar Association is the largest local bar association in the State of Iowa, comprised of almost 1/3 of practicing attorneys in the state. It provides continuing legal education, professional advocacy, and social and professional networking opportunities to its members who practice in a variety of legal fields. Its members include judges, private practitioners, government employees, and in-house legal counsel. It is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization working to serve and improve the legal and judicial system while providing pro bono legal services to Iowans in need.
