The Finley Law Firm is proud to share that attorney Joe Moser was named the President-Elect of the Polk County Bar Association (PCBA) at the organization's annual meeting on May 10, 2025. Joe will continue to serve on the PCBA executive board during the 2025-2026 term, including serving as President of the Volunteer Lawyers' Program during that time. In May 2026, Joe will assume duties as the PCBA's President for the 2026-2027 term.
