Joseph Moser maintains a varied civil litigation practice, representing clients in Iowa’s state and federal courts. Joe’s practice focuses on trial work, primarily defending individuals and businesses in a wide-range of matters including, but not limited to, medical and professional malpractice, products and premises liability, wrongful death, serious personal injury, breach of contract, construction, employment, dram shop, discrimination and sexual harassment, insurance coverage analysis and defense, bad faith, administrative appeals, casino and gaming regulation, and workers’ compensation.
Joe is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Polk County Bar Association, where he has served on the Board of Directors as co-chair of the Social Committee. While attending Iowa Law, Joe served as the Moot Court Executive Board Administrative Chairperson and participated in the Van Oosterhout-Baskerville Appellate Advocacy Competition.
