Kevin is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.  Kevin has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America since 2008 and Chamber's USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business since 2006.  He has been named "Des Moines Construction Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers of America on four separate occasions in 2015, 2017, 2021, and 2023.

Kevin maintains a trial practice in the defense of licensed professionals, including attorneys, accountants, architects, and engineers, as well as companies in the construction and commercial related industries. He has over 35 years of experience resolving construction disputes and insurance claims, including 25 years as the leader of the Firm’s construction law practice.
